MAISON&OBJET, considered as one of the biggest and most important events for interior design and decoration in Europe, is expanding in Asia and was launched during the Manila FAME Networking Reception last night, 17 October 2013 at the HallONE: Design for Exports, Pasay City, Philippines.
The Paris-based home trade show is set to hold the first MAISON&OBJET Asia on 10-14 March 2014 at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and has chosen Manila FAME as its sole trade show event partner. SAFI/MAISON&OBJET Director General Philippe Brocart with International Director Frédèric Bougeard will be coming to Manila FAME to forge a new era in the Asian show calendar.
Since 1995, MAISON&OBJET has been passionately committed to bringing together all players in the sector, selecting the best offer, decoding new trends, anticipating consumer movements, proposing new sources of inspiration, revealing talent, stimulating the market, promoting creativity, and creating value. This unique positioning is now replicated abroad through MAISON&OBJET Asia, a first step in the show’s international development strategy targeting markets with high growth potential.
For years, the Manila FAME Networking Reception has been a venue to launch new collaborations. Recent launches include Manila Wear, Café ELLE DECO + DEDON, and the coming together of the leading Philippine event brands – Manila FAME, Manila Now, Cebu Next and Bijoux Cebu. It is also home to the Katha Awards, a special distinction presented to exporters and designers whose products embody exceptional quality and high-caliber design.
Come and be awed by Philippine craftsmanship and artisanship! Manila FAME runs until 20 October 2013 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, Philippines.
